My Journey as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP): Embracing and Integrating My Gift into Life and Business Coaching

For most of my life, I quietly used a unique ability that I never spoke about openly. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I have the remarkable ability to sense the emotional and energetic states of others with precision. Whether through a photograph, a phone call, or in person, I can intuitively read a person’s energy, identifying not only how they feel but also their positive and negative qualities.

For a long time, I didn’t share this gift. In the business world, it’s not customary to discuss energy readings or such intuitive insights. Many people may not take you seriously if you talk about it, and so I kept it to myself. However, I always found it to be an invaluable tool in my personal life and in my coaching practice. I would use it to guide decisions, understand my clients better, and create more meaningful connections. Now, I’ve come to realize that this ability is too powerful to keep hidden. I am now fully integrating this gift into my work as a life and business coach, and I openly embrace it as a core part of my practice.

Being an HSP is a rare gift, and not everyone has the ability to perceive another’s energy with such clarity. I don’t just sense how someone feels—I can detect the qualities that shape who they are. Whether it’s confidence, resilience, self-doubt, or resistance, I can pinpoint these traits with precision, giving me deep insight into the individual’s challenges and strengths. This allows me to offer the most effective guidance tailored specifically to them.

Now, as I share this ability with my clients, I’m able to help them identify their strengths, address their obstacles, and achieve personal and professional growth. I integrate empathy and compassion into each session, allowing me to understand my clients’ emotional states on a profound level. This enables me to offer support that isn’t just surface-level but truly transformative.

This ability extends beyond personal coaching. In the business world, I can sense the dynamics of a team or an organization, understanding the energy of a group and uncovering areas that need attention.
