“Rethinking Dead-End Jobs: A Fresh Perspective on Starter Roles”

The term ‘dead-end jobs’ carries a negative connotation, yet these roles are often stepping stones, not final destinations.

They provide essential skills, income, and experience that can open doors to future opportunities. By reframing the narrative, we can better appreciate the value these jobs  bring, whether as starting points for young workers, transitional roles, or chances to rebuild and reenter the workforce with dignity.

My guests today are: Robert Adamo, Entrepreneur + Business Owner and Rich Tuthill, On-Air Contributor and Live Commercial Presenter.

Enjoy the show.
